When to Wear:
- Full-time wear right after treatment, transitioning to nighttime wear as instructed by your orthodontist.
Cleaning Your Retainers:
- Rinse with lukewarm water after removing.
- Use a soft toothbrush (and toothpaste!) to gently clean them.
- Avoid hot water, which can warp the plastic.
Storing Your Retainers:
- Always store retainers in their protective case when not in use.
